Sustainable meetings: our meeting rooms have been awarded the Green Key certificate.
Energy efficient building: the building is a 19th century mansion that has been renovated to be a modern energy efficient office, with a lot of natural light and contemporary design furnishing.
Vegetarian and vegan catering: contact us for more information about the catering possibilities.
Easy access location: our office is located in the European quarter, close to metro Arts-Loi and at eighteen minutes walking distance from Brussels Central Station.
Interactive displays: our digital screens make it possible to work together, meet, present, teach, brainstorm... Whether you and your teams, partners or public are in the same room or connecting from a distance. The displays are equipped with an internet browser, digital whiteboard, built-in speakers... (With the support of Visit Brussels.)
For every group: two of our meeting rooms can accommodate about ten persons, the third one has room for forty people.
Accessibility: there is an elevator at your disposal. All rooms are wheelchair accessible.
Our meeting rooms are available from 9am to 1pm & from 1pm to 5pm (half day) or from 9am to 5pm (full day).
